By completing the payment for all Video and other Courses, you agree to the following:
- The video is shared with you exclusively for your personal use and does not constitute a sale of Intellectual Property.
- The Video will be watermarked with your Name and Identification. It is your responsibility to keep the video safe and free from unauthorized access.
- You agree not to distribute free, sell, copy, or in any way grant any other person, other than yourself access or permission to view the training course.
- In case of any abuse of my intellectual property, you agree you are aware, legal proceeding may be resorted to and substantial penalties as provided by the law will be levied on you.
- Your course is delivered by email, as a private download link to your own watermarked copy. Your copy is prepared individually for you and is normally sent within 24 hours of payment. Please download it and keep your own copy — the link is for collection, not for storage, and will not stay live indefinitely. If your link expires or fails before you have collected the file, write to anant@anantacharya.com and it will be re-issued at no charge.
- Your copy of the video is made for you alone, with your name, email address and phone number burned into the picture throughout. Once it has been sent it cannot be returned, resold or withdrawn. Refunds are therefore as follows:
- Before your copy is sent — you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Write to anant@anantacharya.com.
- After your copy is sent — no refund is available, for the reason given above.
